YZHQ Gallery presents a solo exhibition 'MY H.O.M.E' by the gallery director and florist YZ Moon. He has spent half his life as a florist and intends to continue it for the rest of his life. One may expect his life to be filled with elegance, always accompanied by beautiful flowers, but it is impossible not to appreciate the laborious effort behind his works.

As his medium of art, the flowers are not about capturing eternal beauty but rather magnifying the fleeting beauty of the finite. For a long time, he has been working to express the most splendid moment of flowers' life cycle. Imbued with their intrinsic vitality, such blooms fill the space with fragrance and evoke emotional serenity. Although subjective, he believes that there is a time in everyone's life akin to the Chinese concept of '迤婺' - when life is in full bloom, like the beauty of flowers. With this in mind, his works express such transient moments through flowers.

'MY H.O.M.E' is a multisensory and monochromatic exhibition, featuring objects he holds dear. As the title suggests, it is a place where rest and work coexist, day and night blur together, and objects he loves and treasures blend naturally.

He fills this space with his beloved furniture, artwork, and music. His touch on these completed objects completes the space, and the fragments of daily life are embedded within, conveying his life insights.

His sensory works emerge from the coexistence of the comfort he enjoys in his created space and the intensity of the race against time. He handles the finite vitality of natural materials with care, drawing inspiration from nature and infusing his work with sensitivity and emotions, which are transferred to the audience.

He presents a life embracing the natural, rather than anything forced, which embodies the concept of 嵛楂氪 - an acceptance of one's true self and happiness. Through his cherished tastes and possessions, he expresses his way of seeking happiness in his busy life.

This monochromatic space unravels his keen artistic sensitivity, sending a message - the fragments of his life come in harmony, in the space of his ‘MY H.O.M.E’ This exhibition hopes the audience have time to communicate and enjoy with the artist.
